Simply add the monthly amount including VAT (for single home it’s £46.80) to the Direct Debit form on checkout. We will send your login details to the email address provided within 72 hours.
Use this if more than one person is required to authorise a Direct Debit. Once signed, completed and scanned you can return a digital copy to Mark at mark@musikind.co.uk. In the email please include the name and address of the care home you are signing up.
